Return Policy

 

1. Policy Overview

ApnaExpert.com is a multi-vendor marketplace. We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping and booking experience. This policy explains how returns are handled for physical products and how dissatisfaction is addressed for services like repairs, events, and rentals.

 

2. Physical Product Returns

If you have purchased a product (e.g., electronics, home goods) from one of our vendors, the following rules apply:

  • Return Period: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Item: The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoices.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personalized goods, innerwear, or software may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and security reasons.

 

3. Services & Service Bookings

Since services (Laptop repair, Wedding planning, Room rentals) cannot be "returned" physically, we handle them as follows:

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If the service provided (like a computer repair) does not meet the promised standard, please report it within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the expert to fix the issue or provide a partial/full refund based on the case.

  • Real Estate (Plot/House): Leads or site visits are not eligible for "returns." However, if a listing is fake or misleading, report it to us, and we will take action against the vendor.

 

4. Return Process

To return a product:

  1. Log in to your ApnaExpert.com account.

  2. Go to 'My Orders' and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Click on 'Return/Exchange' and provide a reason (with photos if the item is damaged).

  4. Once the vendor approves, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.

 

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability with the vendor. If you receive a damaged or wrong size/product, the vendor will replace it at no extra cost.

 

6. Role of ApnaExpert in Returns

As a commission-based marketplace, ApnaExpert facilitates the communication between you and the vendor. The final responsibility for product quality and return pickup lies with the respective vendor. However, if a vendor is unresponsive, ApnaExpert will step in to resolve the issue for you.

 

7. Refund for Returned Items

Once the vendor receives the product and verifies its condition, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
