4. Service Bookings & Real Estate

• Repairs & Events: ApnaExpert is not liable for the quality of work performed by the technician or event planner. However, we do verify vendors to ensure safety.

• Property (Rent/Sell): We only provide information and leads. Any financial transaction or legal documentation for property is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

• Booking Fee: Any booking fee paid on the platform is to secure the service and is part of our commission model.

 

5. Payments & Commissions

• All prices listed are provided by the vendors.

• ApnaExpert receives a commission from the vendor for every lead or sale generated through the platform.

• We reserve the right to change our commission structure or service fees at any time.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

ApnaExpert.com shall not be held liable for:

• Any damage caused by a service provider (e.g., during laptop repair).

• Any delay in product delivery by the vendor.

• Any disputes regarding property ownership or condition in the real estate section.

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform.
