• Commission: Our role is to bring customers to vendors. We earn a commission on successful transactions. We are not the manufacturers of products or the direct providers of the services listed.

 

3. User Accounts

To book a service or buy a product, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Service Bookings (Repairs, Events, Rentals)

• Booking Policy: When you book a service (e.g., Wedding planning, Computer repair), you are entering into a contract with the respective service provider.

• Accuracy: We try to verify vendors, but ApnaExpert does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of the listings or the quality of work performed by the vendor.

• Real Estate: For plot/house selling or room rentals, ApnaExpert only provides leads. All legal documentation and physical verification must be done by the buyer/tenant.

 

5. Payments and Commissions

• Pricing for products and services is determined by the vendors.

• ApnaExpert charges a commission from the vendor for every lead or sale.

• In some cases, a nominal booking fee may be collected by ApnaExpert to confirm the service, which is non-refundable unless the service provider fails to show up.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

ApnaExpert.com (and its owners) shall not be liable for:

• Any defective products delivered by vendors.

• Any damage caused by service providers during repairs or events.

• Any disputes arising between the landlord/seller and the tenant/buyer in real estate transactions.

• Any loss of data during computer/laptop repair services.

 

7. Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is independent. They are responsible for their own GST filings, service quality, and product warranties. Any dispute regarding the quality of the product or service should be addressed directly to the vendor, though ApnaExpert will provide support for communication.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false information or fraudulent bookings.

• Attempting to bypass the platform to avoid commission after finding a vendor through ApnaExpert.

• Posting abusive or fake reviews.

 

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
